This year, some ten years on, we heard again from one of our Members and are delighted to pass on what we were told.

This lady had a roof problem and had called a man in and he had advised her that it was in a dreadful condition and required stripping at a cost of more than £3000 which was way beyond her means. A neighbour then introduced her to www.bubsydogdiy.com and she found AWR Roofing in the trade search and invited them to quote.

The reality was that the roof needed work BUT AWR quoted £150 and we now know, the lady nearly fainted!!

Suffice to say, they did the work, the roof is fine and our Member is more than delighted.

It's little wonder then when my own roof had a problem earlier this week, I called in AWR (using an alias to do a little mystery shopping along the way!) and was more than happy with the price, the work and the excellent overall service given.
